Me. Jackye Elombo is a Partner – Avocat à la Cour, and co-founder of EURAALEX Law Firm.
Before founding EURAALEX, Jackye led as a Partner the Litigation and Employment practice at an established Luxembourg corporate-oriented law firm.
Jackye has been qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer since 2003. She is an award-winning Best Social and Legal Partner, ranked amongst Luxembourg’s top 500 legal experts and specialises in employment law and business litigation.
Since 20 years, Jackye has been serving local and international clients with proven success advising them on a variety of business law related matters. Her risk prevention orientation and focus on effective dispute resolution reflects Jackye’s commitment to excel in providing high-quality service to her clients with the overarching purpose to ensure they adopt a well thought out pragmatic and effective approach to prevent conflicts arising and avoid disputes with third parties.
She possesses a strong experience in complex and cross-border litigation, as well as a deep knowledge of the judicial procedures and system. More than the ability to solve problems, she shares her resolution and determination to anticipate, avoid and resolve.
